Each woman invited to participate in this film is meant to represent the everyday change makers of our smaller Canadian communities. These women are found in every supportive and mindful circle; they are the profound thinkers and the wisdom keepers; they work with their strengths and they feel deeply. Each is a woman of deliberate action; they represent our grandmothers, our business associates, our mothers, the caretakers of our land, and the nurturers of our young, our sick and our dying. They exemplify our artists, social activists, our elected officials and our rising stars. We will tell the stories of these compelling women, who outnumber those generally seen in the media.
The men asked to join us will be those who support, encourage, promote and advocate for the women in their community.
